What we're building

Where we're Starting
Rosedale is organized into three natural sub-areas — South-East, South-West, and North — each with approximately 600 homes and its own set of entry points (“gates”). Each sub-area needs a minimum of 100 households to activate the system. Our target is 250+ per area — at which point we have the budget for pervasive, round-the-clock protection.

The Goal
Make Rosedale the safest community in Canada. A 70% reduction in property crime by summer. The first Virtual Gated Community in the country — no gates, no walls, just smarter technology and a community that decided enough is enough
